Our agenda

Expect real stories and grounded insights. Discover with us an on-site, invite-only discussion on whether AI can actually help transform software delivery, or if it is just pure hype.

Just like in previous editions, we’ll kick off with snacks and starters. Then we’ll have two discussion panels: one on “AI for Engineering Teams” and another on “AI/LLM across the Entire SDLC Process.” There will be a lunch break between the discussions.

Take a look at details of our discussion subjects and images from the previous editions:

AI for Engineering Teams: Hype vs. Reality

The internet is full of bold claims about AI tools revolutionizing software development. They promise 2x, 5x, or even 10x productivity gains. But how does that stack up against the day-to-day reality of legacy systems, closed-source codebases, and minimal documentation? How do you actually measure engineering effectiveness and improvements with AI tooling. The challenges of adopting AI tools in complex, brownfield environments. Practical strategies for making AI tooling work when the codebase is far from ideal.

AI/LLM across the entire SDLC process

Most AI tools today focus on accelerating code generation. But in large-scale software delivery, coding is a fraction of the workflow. A 2x gain in coding speed might only yield a 15–20% improvement across the full SDLC. Push that to 5x, and the bottleneck shifts. Can we even keep up? AI tools that support the entire SDLC, not just coding. How organizations must rethink their development workflows as generation speed increases. The evolving roles of engineers, reviewers, and product teams in an AI-augmented future.
